Lightning fast service. I was on my lunch break when I needed help with the lock being stuck in my front door. I was able to return back to work quickly, and with a new door knob for the same price as just the service call as quoted by competitors. I highly recommend.

I usually don't write reviews but people need to know about this business. I will never set foot in or spend another dime with Sooner Lock & Key. On the very first visit they did about easily twenty things that ran me off as a customer. I won't bore you with the details. Several potential customers walked out after being ignored for way too long while I was there. The short of it is that I went there to have two electronic keys programmed for two cars. They were an hour late starting a scheduled appointment and took another hour too long to not finish the job. They only programmed one key. But they charged me for two! For their mistake! Rude, unprofessional, and disorganized! Look elsewhere. Good luck.
Very helpful cleaned up some keyholes on my bike, cut a key and did it all for $10 service 5 of 5 but the store is a little shabby and dated but good products and employees.
Can't give no stars or I would. Would not recommend nor will I use again.
Made appointment 3 days in advance for lock service. No one called on day of. One hour after scheduled time I called to check on status. Office stated they would contact the technician and get back with me. No call back after another hour. I called again and was informed the technition was too busy and would not be able to get to me. Took an afternoon off to get this done and wasted it waiting on nothing.
