I honestly wouldn’t give any stars since I had to pull my husband out of there before he made a bigger scene! Drinks took forever to come out (teas and a soda), salad and bread sticks took forever to come out as well as the appetizer, then we waited even longer for our entrees to come out. I waited half the meal for a refill and my husband finally had to get up and walk into the kitchen and ask “what we had to do to get refills”! Our daughter chose this establishment for her sweet 16 birthday dinner and she was, sadly, disappointed in the meal and service and didn’t even want the free dessert that was offered for her birthday! We paid the bulk of the bill with a gift card and had a balance of $9.28 that my husband paid with cash. The server brought back only $10 and not the full amount of $10.28. I’m not sure if she was concerned that she wouldn’t get a tip or couldn’t do math. But at this point we had to walk out! The manager seemed to concerned standing and talking to even care! My husband left change scattered on the table because he was so frustrated! Horrible service! Olive Garden you let us down and started out a memorable birthday really crappy! Thank God for La Madeleine at Tulsa Hills! Excellent service with exquisite desserts! They go above and beyond and without prompting!
Great friendly place with some good options. The portion and pricing could be better in some areas, but I know part of it is the overhead expenses too. At least they do a great job EARNING their tips here.
Food was good but lunch took over and hour and a half and all we had was spaghetti and soup and salad. The server took too long giving us change. She was nice , but obviously new and quite a few servers around the place gave the appearance they didn't want to be there
Possibly my favorite chain sit-down restaurant to go to. Not everything on their menu is great but they do consistently have a lot of really good choices, including good seasonal specials. They also have great bread and great salad, both free with the meal!
I like going here because the food is fresh & bery good. The waitress way very friendly and helpful when choosing our meals. The salads are always great here.
