Their food is good. Their customer service not so much. I get that there is rush hour and all. They should at least apologize for the long wait. (Which has happened several times) Or at the very least let you know what the waiting time frame is when you place your order.

My orange chicken was uncooked the service was piss poor at best. He girls working need to try and smile. They can hat their jobs all they want but it's paying their bills so a simple smile wouldn't hurt. One girl got my food for me then said u will have to wait for a cashier to ring u up. 3 girls cleaning the lobby and I ask one after waiting for a while can u please cash me out she looked at me and kept sweeping. I will continue to take my business to owosso because this place is dirt and food isn't good. Poor service to top that off.
So good! We arrived when they first opened and they had the food hot and ready! Kerry showed us superior customer service and I would highly recommend this place based on that! Plus who doesn't love orange chicken?!
First time going to a place like this where you go down the line choosing your choices of meats and sides. Was good but wish there were a little more options however it was great getting a fresh cooked chicken teriyaki breast cut up right there in front of me
