Waited all morning for 3 guys to show up that I'm paying for. They only send 2 guys. Suppose to be there between 8-9 they show up several minutes after 9. Explained to the gentleman that scheduled my service what the piece was that was needing moved and the size of it being a portable outdoor kitchen. Come to find out, they don't even move those coming from the manage (Shawn or Shane) he was very rude and needs to learn customer service. Instead of being nice and apologizing, he wants to prove that he's right and customer is wrong. Waisted my families Sunday morning waiting between 8-9 for service to be picked up then get told at 9:35 that the service can't be done. This would have not been a problem if told the day before that they don't move pieces like these. Complete waste of my families Sunday morning. And again even if they couldn't move it. It's still the managers fault for sending 2 guys out when was gonna charge me for 3. I told him I'd be leaving a 1 star review and his comment was "yeah, we love customers like you"
Benjamin & Christian (Two Men and a Truck) unloaded our 26' moving truck earlier this month. They were prompt, professional, worked their butts off, and were very careful with all of our belongings. I was really impressed with their organizational skills during the move by getting most of the boxes into the corresponding rooms efficiently. Would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for all your moving, loading and unloading needs. A Fair price for high quality work - a great combination!
Robert responded to my inquiry within minutes of my email and provided information and necessary documents. The men, Jay and Austin, who arrived to move these heavy pieces of furniture were prompt, polite and professional. I appreciated their respectful attitudes and the fact that they worked quickly but took the time and care to wrap and secure each piece--even though the move was only a few blocks. We could have safely moved the items across the country probably. Because these were family pieces I was very glad to see them use such care in preparing them for the move. The help I received from everyone from this company is greatly appreciated.
We recently moved our office and we hired two men and a truck. I don't know what all of their other movers are like, but the two men we had were great! They were so happy and cheerful and did their job to the absolute best of their ability and they went about and beyond in helping us get set up. I would highly recommend!
Excellent service in a stressful environment the 2 movers Daniel and his colleague made my life much better the day they moved me. They were professional and respectful, ensuring they handle my property with care. Adam, in the office, who set up my move, couldn’t have been more helpful. I honestly thought I wouldn’t move my house the day I needed it, but they fit it in!!
