The service was great. They even hooked me up with some used bubble wrap from a shipment earlier in the day!
light in the back of the truck didnt work which caused a little delay other then that the staff was friendly and helpful

Three months ago, I noticed dirt leaking from the ceiling of my storage unit on to my West Elm couch. I notified management, and they said they would take care of it. Three months later, it was still not fixed. So, I let the employee know at the front desk. She took a picture of it, and said she would text it to her manager, and call me first thing Monday morning. Lo and behold, it's now two weeks later, and it still has not been fixed, after calling management and the Corporate Office every day. This business is unreliable, dishonest, and the level of unprofessionalism is absolutely appalling. I have since removed all of my belongings from the storage unit, however my couch is ruined, and I am left fiscally responsible for it.
Elevator is constantly broken. I've been using this facility since June 2017 and as far as I know it is still broken. Hopefully they have fixed it since I asked a month ago.
