The technician is very rude and unprofessional. I've heard of plumbers crack but have never witnessed where the technicians pants are sagged so low they are literally under his bottom. I will NEVER use this company again.
I would give them 0 stars if possible. I was out of town when I got a call that our toilet and bath tub were clogged. Called Rusty and was told a price that seemed reasonable since it was almost 5pm in Tulsa. The Tech came out and took a look and called telling me I didn't have a clean out and wanted to put one in, that would be $2,500, or he would have to remove the toilet completely to fix but would be more than the quoted price, we went with the later. He came back the next day and fixed the clogged toilet but didn't even look at the tub. When we returned to town I called Rusty back letting him know the tech never fixed tub and it was still not draining and let him know that we did in fact have a clean out, his tech just didn't look (we were able to google clean out locations and found it the first try). He said he would have to charge us again for someone to come take a look at it which was ridiculous since he was supposed to fix it when he did the toilet which I had already paid for. Well we got it worked out and he would have a tech come by. When the tech, Jason, called he was extremely rude and said there was nothing he could do short of taking apart my shower/tub completely or pouring an acid solution down the drain. He said that he was never told about the tub and the reason it is backed up was due to the toilet being clogged and in his 20+ years being a plumber it always happens, yet he didn't do anything to fix it at the time or address that issue during the initial visit why I don't know. After a pretty heated discussion where he berated, yelled, and told me "I'm married I know how you women are just going round and round in circles not going anywhere" he finally agreed to come and fix the tub which I let him know I would not pay for since I had already paid extra to have the toilet pulled when it didn't need to be.
I would not recommend this company. HORRIBLE management! My elderly grandma was taken advantage of and when I called to speak with a supervisor the guy was pure unprofessional and rude! They were supposed to come over and give a quote, but instead ended up doing work and giving the price at the end. The work done was not the best quality. After speaking with the rude so called supervisor/owner and him calling me and my grandma a liar I told him I was going to report to the BBB and ended that conversation cause it was going nowhere good. Shortly after the actual plumber, Jason, called me and discussed the situation. He was way more professional than his supposed boss. I feel for that man having to work for such an ill ran company and straight ass of an owner. Long story short, I do not suggest this company for your plumbing needs.
Zero stars!! Avoid this company. We needed a pan installed under our existing hot water heater to sell the home. Rusty gave a quote to install the pan and bring the hot water heater up to code. The price seemed high but unfortunately we went with this company. The "plumber" came out and started the project. The price was increased twice during the project to almost twice the original quote. We had a second plumbing issue during the same time but would not use this company and hired a different plumber. This new plumber said his price for installing a brand new hot water heater including the cost of the hot water heater was less than the price we paid with the price hikes that occurred mid-project. Best part was the work didn't pass the city inspection the first time.
