I was very impressed with the customer service and response - Chuck K. was professional, courteous and made sure I was kept informed of any developments in the project.
Several employees have been here to check out a leak in the slab and complete the repair work. I decided to run overhead PEX through the attic to avoid tearing out the tile in our entryway. All of the guys were very competent in getting the leak fixed and were able to do it on a Friday afternoon. I thought the price for the repair was a little high considering the time involved to complete the repair, however, they assured me they were competitive with the other plumbing companies in town doing this type of repair.
Just bad!!!!
They came out the same day I called for service, kIt ended up being a slab leak so this plumber had to call their specialist. He verified the slab leak but it was to late to get a crew here, They said they would do everything they can to work us in on Monday as their schedules were already set.
They had a cancellation on day I called and were out in about an hour from when I called. Troy was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me details of issues and how we can fix it. He completed the work I decided on and gave me an estimate for the longer term solution. I appreciated his honesty and not trying to oversell me services at this appointment. I would definitely recommend them for plumbing work and will use them again for next plumbing needs.
