I just don't care much for this mall. There are way too many empty stores and not a big variety of the ones they do have. Better off going to Woodland Hills Mall and dealing with the crowds there and still see the exact same stores and then some. It's a shame because I used to like coming to this 1.

Not as nice at woodland hills. But does have a variety of stores. Food court has a variety of "mom & pop" like foods. The mall and bathrooms are always clean. That is more than I can say for woodland. Parking lot needs ALOT of work.

It wasn't the same cashier as the last time. She was blatantly racist standing there watching me pick out my undies when there were others in the store that needed help she ignored them and continued to watch me then tried to be civil when I checked out and she saw I am a frequent customer. I told her to wait I'm writing your review and it's not pleasant. Today I went in, very friendly staff, asked if I needed help and just holler if I do, asked how am I doing, how is my family, did I find everything OK, very nice, respectful, made me feel welcomed, held conversations with me about normal everyday life. I enjoyed today. As long as the other one isn't there I'm fine. If she is I'll try again, if she's the same way I'm reporting her this time. I love promenade but do not like being profiled and made to feel like I'm a thief. That's the last thing I'll ever need to do. I'm not poor and own my business, believe it or not, black people do own businesses and have money we don't get welfare and sit at home all day. The very offensive woman pictures below. Promenade mall Victoria's secret you might wanna talk with her she's gonna cost you a lot of money.

It has improved greatly since I came here last. Food court is now a lot cleaner. Although there are not many stores child friendly in my opinion, many families do bring kids here. They have a lot to offer, even though I would say it is the smaller mall out of the two here in Tulsa. It offers plenty of parking and several other stores nearby.

This sad place that used to be vibrant and thriving is fading fast. Such a pity. They still have some good anchor stores like Dillard's and Penny's but the mall is like a ghost town. The food court had no popular names I recognized, Someone needs to take an interest to re-establish this mall. It's a great location.
