I went for a quick nail repair and fill yesterday and the service I received was very unprofessional and rude to say the least. A man I’m assuming who is in charge or the owner was very rude and attempted to argue back and forth with me regarding a certain acrylic. He kept this up for a while then finally started to do my nails. A woman, another nail tech came up and sat next to him and I guess they were discussing the conversation between me and the guy in their language but referenced the name of a previous nail salon I voiced I went to in English, so it was obvious they were talking about me disregarding the fact that I was sitting right there. She was unprofessional as well all the while eating a bag of nuts on top of the table area where all the chemicals were exposed. The actual work he did on my nails was poor and sloppy with acrylic still overlapping my cuticles and he even cut one of my cuticles on my ring finger. I have never encountered such rude and unprofessional service and do not plan to return. Even the woman next to me got burned with a drill from the nail tech carelessly rushing. I will be getting their specific names and plan to contact the board to file a formal complaint
The worst service ever... nails look horrible will never ever be back waste of $30
I just walked into this nail salon for a manicure and paid fifteen dollars for the worst manicure I the world. No cuticle oul, no lotion, and no service. I will not be back. And this was after having a wonderful pedicure two weeks prior that made me want to come and try it again. If the only thing you receive for $15 is a nail trim, nail file, and painting your nails save your money and get a manicure elsewhere.
This has been my go to nail location until my nails looked worse than if I painted them myself. This was a very disappointing experience and unfortunately shows that the level of service is going down. I'm sad that I now need to find a new place.
I will never go here again. Very rude and did a horrible job. They did not shape my nails correctly and they rushed through everything. Pedicure didn’t last 10 minutes and didn’t even scrape the bottom of my feet. $60 gone to waste.. wouldn’t suggest this place to the last person on earth.
