UPDATE:::The manager calls asking if there is anything she can do for me to remove my post. She states they have not charged my card and would like to come to an agreement for me to remove my posts. Customer service is on the bottom of their priority list until someone goes online honestly posting of the experience. The manager states the original call should have went to her, giving her an opportunity to assist. Another area the receptionist failed to pick up on the red flags of an unhappy customer or the pure disregard of customer satisfaction. Until of course an unhappy customer let's everyone else know how bad the customer service is.
I received a body message from Beth. I have had many messages in the past and this was absolutely the best. Beth is very attentive to problem areas related to stress. It did not take her long to work out all of my knots in my back, shoulder and especially the glute muscles. She used techniques which I have not had before. I will definitely return for more messages.
This was my second time going to Spa Southern Hills. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming and the facilities are clean, comfortable and relaxing. I have gotten many massages at other places but will now be a lifelong customer here! Jen did my massage today and it was one of the best massages I have ever had! Thanks for another great experience!
This was a first experience for me and my husband having massages, so I have nothing to compare it to, but none the less it was amazing. We did the hydrotherapy tub and the 60 minute full body massage. Both services were excellent experiences. The hydrotherapy was actually kind of fun and it was a great way to get warmed up and relaxed before our massages. The massage was amazing. I wasn't sure of what to expect, but it was wonderful. The movements, the pressure, the way she worked on the knots in my back, it was just what I needed. My husband enjoyed his, as well. We've talked about making it our anniversary tradition. Thank you guys for everything!
You can book an appointment within a 24 hour timeframe but you can't cancel the appointment without being fully charged due to their 24 hour cancellation fee. A good rule of thumb: If you can't cancel within 24 hours then you shouldn't book appointments less than 24 hours ahead of time. Horrible customer service. I have been to this spa 3 or 4 times simply out of location convenience. Staying at hotel. Only 1 time have I enjoyed the massage, I have complained so they put me with a better masseuse the next appointment. She was great but definitely not worth the lack of customer service.
Attention to detail is an understatement- from the dressing rooms to the hydrotherapy tub to the massage we were immersed into an environment of total relaxation- very well done you get the feeling that this place is the owners passion . We will back and absolutely loved our experience- money very well spent !!!!!
