That being said, I still will be returning to this location with my cats because of the location and good service.

Scott and the team did a fantastic job of completing the Annex IV form required to get my 2 dogs home to the UK from Tulsa. The process was gruelling but Scott was determined to get it done right and assisted in any way he could to get it completed on time for their flight. Thank you again for all your hard work!
We took our dog in for a regular check up and vaccinations to the 11th street location and was very pleased with our experience. At the front desk we were greeted by Breanna Joy and another nice lady who took care of our questions and needs. They were extremely helpful and kind. The veterinarian we saw was Dr. Jason Carver. I couldn't have asked for better. Very knowledgeable and took the time to talk with me about questions I had regarding different breeds, other than my own. I am now transferring care of our other 2 dogs over here. Loved..loved..loved the staff and how we and my dog were treated! Will definitely return.
Can't say enough about Dr. Scott at the BA clinic! Our dog was was diagnosed with bone cancer after having a biopsy. Dr. Scott went carefully over the x-rays with me and end of life care for our pet. He is an old dog and she has always made him feel comfortable. She is an extraordinary veterinarian. Would recommend her to anyone!
I enjoyed the staff and service at this facility, and the pricing was great too. The building itself needs some revamping. The entry door is nearly 2 steps from the front desk. Which would be fine if there wasn't a bench for people to sit on to wait right there across from the desk too. So when people are sitting there with their large dogs, you have to sort-of shimmy by them while the dogs are sniffing your butt and legs. I brought my cat who was scared already, and having to pass the dogs made me anxious for her. I turned her carrier away so she hopefully didn't see them. Then when I checked out, I couldn't even stand in front of the counter because of the amount of people and dogs in the way.
