HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Enter at your own risk! I know its convenient but God FORBID your car gets damaged like mine. Called 7 times - no return call even the COO!! 2100.00 damage on my car. I'll spend ny 15.00 at the new car wash at the old trippits location @28/harvard!! BEWARE!!
On August 26th, 2017 we had our brand new 2016 truck damaged by one of the employees when he offered to remove the antenna. We had never taken the antenna off before when going through a car wash, but we said sure. It was a very big mistake. The employee scratched and chipped the paint on our truck, it was all caught on camera. I filled out a incident report and was told that Brad would contact me within 5 days. We have heard nothing. Nothing! I have called 4 times and my husband has called 2 twice. It is very unprofessional and and outrage that a customer is being treated this way. My husband is going to speak to our layer about what actions need to be taken.
Great facility. Always does a fantastic job cleaning, always staffed well to insure no issues arise, and the vacuum areas are always kept clean and running.
I’ll drive half way across town to go to this car wash. The value is hard to beat (base cost starting at $6.99). Would highly recommend for a quick/cheap wash.
