Got an unlimited car wash membership with the tire shine. after one week the machine broke, which is understandable, but when i asked if we would be compensated for it not working for 3 weeks all i was told was they ordered a new part and in would be in in a week which is what they said a week ago. my car comes out with mud running down the back every time. overall a bad experience.
On August 26th, 2017 we had our brand new 2016 truck damaged by one of the employees when he offered to remove the antenna. We had never taken the antenna off before when going through a car wash, but we said sure. It was a very big mistake. The employee scratched and chipped the paint on our truck, it was all caught on camera. I filled out a incident report and was told that Brad would contact me within 5 days. We have heard nothing. Nothing! I have called 4 times and my husband has called 2 twice. It is very unprofessional and and outrage that a customer is being treated this way. My husband is going to speak to our layer about what actions need to be taken.
Denied service due to dirt in fender wells. Unreasonable staff member at window believed there to be rocks in debris, although this claim was both unfounded and incorrect. Cannot drive down a dirt road in route to this wash, or you too will be turned away.
Car came out dirty and with spots all over. This place could learn a thing or two from Crew Carwash.
Been to this car wash since it opened. It's not the same anymore. The system ripped off my kia shark fin antenna. Told them asked for them to look for it and they simply said we did not find it [not looking] and have a free car wash (15.00) when the part I lost in the wash is 75.00
