Awesome staff! Love Dr Groves! The only beef I have is this: office is open until 5, but they quit answering phones at 4:30. It makes a difference to working parents that can't call back immediately.
Great staff. Great doctor. Love the waiting room space for kids. Definitely will continue to come here with my kiddos!
Dr. Groves has seen my son since the NICU and we love him. My husbands insurance changed and so we tried a different opthalmologist who claimed to work with kids and it was an awful experience. We are back with Dr. Groves and won't be changing. I just wish he treated adults too!:)
Let me start off by saying, Dr.Groves was amazing!! His staff on the other hand, not so much. It was our first time there with my 10mo and we sat there forever with no explanation of what was going on. Some woman sat us in a room as she looked in his eyes and then just walked us to the waiting room. It would have been nice to know what we were doing and that we would be there for 2+ hours.
Great doctor but wait times are long. It was over a 2 hour appt at our last one for my 3 year old and that was with the earliest appt available at 7:45am and most of that was wait time.
