Horrible customer service.
First impression was when I met with Laura, she did a consult with me. I asked about a few products since I was nursing and she said she would have to check and would let me know. (She never got back to me.) I went ahead and scheduled a lash tint with Alex. I felt like she rushed and my lash tint was not very good. I'm pretty sure I was her last appointment of the day because she left before I even paid. That made me feel like she didn't care if I came back. I won't be recommending this place to friends.
Best place I've been too hands down. I love Sarah, Laura and Mary. The staff and front desk ladies are always so welcoming and sweet. They take such good care of me and my skin and always give me their honest recommendations and always help me save money! I will remain a loyal customer forever :)
Was in a year ago for Fraxel around the eye. Saw the lady who has been there forever. Sh didn't even do the underage, she just did the bone area, so the desired treatment area received nothing. After consultations with 2 different clinics in OKC, I now realize how wrongly the procedure was performed. The clinics here put a metal contact in your eye to protect it so they can treat too and bottom of eye, where the lines and crepeing obviously is.
I have had several services here and it is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and professional. From the front desk to the nurses, aestheticians, and masseuses. Prices are great and treatments are even better. They have an awesome refer a friend program as well as monthly specials and sales. Highly recommended!
