Dr. Black and her nurse are great! The facility is nice and clean. However, Their system for patients to be able to ask the nurse a question is RIDICULOUS! Instead of being able to leave the nurse a message, they will only let the nurse know you called...so they can call you back...hopefully when they call you back you aren't at work or in any public place...because most people don't want their business broadcasted to everyone. But if you miss their call, you just do the same thing over again, and play phone tag. It's extremely frustrating.
Tulsa Women's Healthcare was referred to me by my PCP. I was in need of a surgical consult for some sensitive issues. I had only heard good things about Dr Nilson so was confident he could help. Unfortunately, these review were from those who needed general OBGYN services. So needless to say I was taken back when Dr Nilson wanted to do an internal examine on me without a Nurse present. I had also had a CT scan done previous to my visit which he refused to look at stating "those are only done to charge you more money and are unnecessary. " I left his office wondering how he could "such a great Dr." I then followed up with a general surgeon and come to find out my CT scan was indeed necessary and I required extensive surgery with some revisions. I do not nor will I ever recommend or encourage anyone to go to someone so unprofessional.
I am 65 and have a problem most people don't have, Dr. Rapp has been so understanding and listens to my problems. He has never acted like he was in a hurry, trying to rush me out. Staff is awesome. Best women's Dr. I have ever been to.
they will tell you insurance covers things when it really doesn't. i got a nasty bill in the mail after my doctor specifically told me it was covered
I love love love Dr.Rapp and his nurse staff they are amazing. I feel so comfortable for each appointment and he always gets the best pictures of the baby!
