This is a great store! The have many items to choose from, fresh baked goods, a fresh deli, made to order juice, coffee, and smoothies, a fantastic salad bar, and many more items to choose from for lunch in a rush or to do more shopping i love this store. I go 1 or more times a week! Also the staff is so happy and ready to help with anything you may need!!
Often long lines at peak times with no help at check out lines. Also, they are frequently out of products I buy. When I ask about this there is no follow up or follow through. Customer service at this store has gone down hill in the past several years...this is especially true at the juice and smoothie bar. Long waits there and sometimes the people behind the bar don't even acknowledge you. I avoid going to this store as much as I can. I wish I lived closer to the 91st and Yale store! The customer service experience os so much better.
Whole Foods has improved since taken over by Amazon. Prices are decent, and selections are good. Produce is quite good.
The place is great-looking and clean. They have a great deli and food bar, and a great cheese section. This is the most comprehensive of the health food stores I've been to in Tulsa. But definitely not the cheapest, which is why I have subtracted one of the stars. Also Whole Foods has become controversial with their product sourcing and refusing to recognize the flaws of certain so-called organic brands, which is why I am subtracting another one.
Love this place. Helpful employees. I don't enjoy shopping but WF has a zen feeling I don't get anywhere else. Sounds crazy but it's true. I love the produce, bakery, food buffet for lunch. There's nothing about Whole Foods that I don't like.
