Friendly, reasonable insurance
I am surprised at all the positive feedback on here. After some digging, I realize the person I've been dealing with is actually the owner! I had to dig to find her name because she actually never introduced yourself to me. The first time I went to get a policy, she was very rude to me, but I chalked that up to it being an hour before close. Sure it wasn't professional, but I could understand. Turns out there were a few things she failed to mention at this point which brought me to today.

Today I went in to try and understand something that was on my bill, and had a terrible experience. The guy at the front desk seemed terrified to interrupt her and when she finally addressed him, it was with a curt, "What??" When he said he had a quick question she replied, "I am just trying to get out of here!" And continued to grumble under her breath. She could have just asked for me to come back after her lunch break, and I would have understood. There was no need for her to be rude to her co-worker which in turn was being rude to me. I stated that I did not want to be a part of a company that worked like that and ask for my policy to be cancelled. The guy had to ask her a different question and she replied with, "Just call the company if you need to call the company!" Once again very rudely. I told the guy again how I would like to cancel my policy and he explained that I would have to pay more to start up a policy elsewhere which I am okay with since I don't want give my business to a place like that. She finally walked up to the desk, said nothing and the front desk guy asked if I would like to speak with an agent. I said no, I just want to cancel. She walked out without saying a single word.
In short: the owner's terrible attitude lost me as a client. We are adults, she needs to learn how to act like one.

The worst customer service ever! i was ran around all day as to why my insurance was billing me more than i was quoted, was told it was because i didn't provide an updated email....they never once requested my email and when i let them know i couldn't pay the amount that was being billed and i would go with another insurance ryan hung up on me. I called back and asked for a supervisor and ryan said he was the supervisor. what a sad excuse of a supervisor to be hanging up on customers. called state farm got a cheaper quote that starts tomorrow! never will use this pitiful company again
