My work hours didn't allow me to make it in to Daniel's office to sign my life insurance papers, so I had to take off one morning to come in. But when I came in they were having some issues with their computers and all of the paperwork didn't end up getting completed. Unfortunately this wasn't discovered until after I had already made it back in to work. Instead of having me come back in, Daniel drove 30 mins to come to me to complete the policy. I understand that sometimes technology fails us and situations like this happen, I appreciated it very much that Daniel was so considerate and came to me. He even worked on my policy a little more to ensure I got the best deal! Excellent service.

I absolutely love my State Farm agents! They are always friendly and treat me like a friend they have known for a long time! They know me by first name or last name, but I prefer first name. I'm sure they have some device telling them who is on the call, but it takes special skills to communicate with someone like they are your friend even though you may have never met. They are very knowledgeable and always give the best advice for any situation. If I could give you all a Christmas bonus I would because you all deserve it!
