The service from the staff is fantastic. I recently moved to Tulsa, and went to get a quote. Decided to not go anywhere else because of the way they treated me with respect. Everytime i call in to check on something they have a answer then and there i dont have to wait. State Farm is usually really good which is why I have kept them for the last few years, but lately the staff has been not as competent. My latest experience, I called to get a quote on replacing my vehicle and was told by Daniel that it would be cheaper per month to add a life insurance policy. I mentioned I had renters and he said that was inclusive to the multi-policy discount. He said the more policies you have the cheaper it is, but when I called to actually change my information this discount is non-existent. Daniel, please take care to provide a more efficient quote and Jim Campos please provide your staff with more resources to be more knowledgeable to customer needs and inquiries.
