This place lacks customer service skills tremendously. The manager is very rude and lacks respect for people. Mainly minority group. She talked to me like i was stupid and didn't know what i was talking bout. This place has no class. It was actually my worst experience in a jewelry store. Ever!!. Do not waste your time going there spending your hard earned money on a business that has no respect for their customers... especially.. if your a minority.. I will not ever shop there again.. and i will tell all my family and friends not to shop there also... the disrespect was unreal.
Horrible customer service. I stood in the store for 10 minutes without even an acknowledgment. Older gentlemen helping 10-13yr old boy with wheat pennies and older woman visiting with another woman. I wouldn't waste your time with this place!
Went in to have a necklace made and they told me it would be a month... After 8 months and countless excuses I asked for a refund. The salesman yelled at me...yes, literally yelled like it was my fault. Their products aren't the quality they claim. BEWARE!!!
