I have been to Israel Diamonds twice for an engagement ring and a wedding band. The service here is incredible. All I needed to do was specify what I was looking for in the diamonds and my budget. They did all the work for me after that. They exceeded my expectations all while providing the best price in town. I was recommended here by a close friend and I will certainly be recommending them to anyone looking for jewelry. Guys, make it easy on yourself and come here first.
I can't begin to explain how pleasant this experience was. Mr. Nasreddine who assisted us was beyond experienced, and patient, and helpful. He took the time to explain his answers to all the questions we had, as well as make suggestions to enhance what we were looking for. I haven't even picked up the ring yet but, I can honestly say the anticipation is killing me because I know it will be beautiful.... I will update when I pick up.
Great prices, wonderful customer service and impeccable quality of workmanship. I bought my wife's wedding ring here over 15 years ago. She takes it in every year to get the prongs inspected (which they do for free for customers) and they are still in perfect condition. I would highly recommend Israel Diamond.
I always have a great experience and receive excellent customer service. I recently had a halo added to my ring and the owner spent quite some time with me to customize the new setting and fulfill my wishes. I always refer Israel to others and appreciate the reasonable pricing and service.
The prices were very reasonable compared to other jewelry stores. The people assisting let you know they are there to help and then they stay back and let you do your thing unless you have a question. They aren't pushy, they actually let you look in peace! However, I did have a question and they helped me better understand what I was looking at and what I was looking for. I left completely satisfied, I won't waste my time anywhere else again.
