Our experience was horrible absolutely horrible we asked for help multiple times and no response they looked straight at us and practically refused to help us it's down right unpleasant and quite honestly disgusting
Extremely rude, took forever to get help then when I finally did they were rude and snarky.
I practacly live at this store. I'm the type of person to stand around for a while and just look even though I already know what I want. They're always nice and don't bother me and are always there when I need help or have questions. It can get busy but I'm never ignored or forgotten. Really a nice place to go for Jewlery gifts of all kinds. Men selection a little slim but I'd recommend it. Just a nice clean and quiet environment.

Stopped in yesterday with my sister and mother. We were looking for a replacement ring for my mom on one that she'd lost years ago. It's a simple design but one that JA still produces. They didn't have it on display but the sales rep that was helping us was able to find what we were looking for in their stock once I showed her a similar item. Very nice and clean store. Great helpful staff. If you have never checked out their jewelry it's very nice sterling silver pieces for the most part. Very nice quality at reasonable prices.
