Nice somewhat older library. Good selection of books and good A/V department. Good to see local kids making use of this community resource.
They are so friendly and helpful
This is a noisy library. The people who visit mostly use the computers and maintain constant conversations with one another. The staff is somewhat cold and unhelpful and they maintain a police officer in the front lobby at all times. Definately not a library for someone with a desire to enjoy a good book or magazine in a quiet, peaceful environment.
Oklahoma's best library!! Entertaining supplies and Internet.
The book and video selection is adequate. The music selection is not very good. I've requested numerous items on reserve only to find them on the shelves during a visit while the library website still shows them checked out and unavailable. I once made the mistake of returning some books without using the computer kiosk and the library tried to claim that I hadn't returned them. So never return items without checking them in yourself to avoid this problem.
I truly don't know y anyone would leave a bad review for this library because I have had nothing but great service & experience here for me & my family. We go all the time to get movies & books & they have great selection on everything & if they don't have a book or movie u want then they will put it on hold & get it from other libraries for u. The staff has always went out of there way to help me & my family with anything. The library is pretty big & nice & always kept clean . They also have toys to keep the kids busy in the kids section & they have all different places for adults to sit & read or study. I love this library & it's the only Tulsa library that I will go to & I highly recommend anyone trying it out!!!! They also r opened 7 days a week which is great & they always have a police officer at the front doors for safety. If u happen to decide to go to this library then I hope your as happy with it as me & my family r & enjoy it as much as we do!!!
