This post has taken me quite a while to write, because this is by far the nicest and cleanest version!!
I don't really know why I'm so surprised!! You do work for the government and everyone knows you guys do the bare minimum!!
Got in at 9am on a Monday morning to renew my drivers licence only waited 10 minuets tops and I was in and out. Had no problums with the employees and I've been comeing here to do my business the past 4 years.
My husband works 60 hours a week to support us, and you guys can't even stay until your actual close time, heaven forbid a few minutes past that!!!
They need more staffing 2 workers isn’t going to cut it with so many people coming in. Waiting time is ridiculous even if you go online and make a appointment.
The state employees are just doing there job. If you have your neccessary paperwork the process is smooth. Only complaint is waiting even though you have made an appointment.
My husband got a letter sent to his work that he needs his medical card stamped. So in order for him to return to work, he had to get it done. He took off work, went and waited in line for an hour and was the LAST PERSON in line, and they turned him away!! It was 5 minutes until they closed!! All they had to do was STAMP his medical card!! My husband explained to them that, very calmly (I would not have been so nice) that he works on the weekends, and would not be able to return to work until he gets it stamped! But they didn't care! We have 4 children, and now we are going to be missing out on hundreads of dollars because of these GOVERNMENT employees truly living up to their standards! You men working behind that counter should be ashamed of yourselves!! You have no work ethic, or character!! Shame on you!!
They messed up my forms when I submitted my out of state license, and in doing so invalidated my old ID without letting me get a new one. I had to retake a driving test and written exam. Thanks.
