Despite all the other comments I have read previoisly we received excellent service! Quick, accurate and friendly teller, #633, that helped us with everything. We were in and out within an hour and extremely satisfied! Thank you!
Been trying to call this location for the past 3 days all I get is a 15 minute hold wait then told no one can take my call now. 3 days in a row. What establishment can't pick up the phone? I haven't heard anything back from this office about my last name change due you marriage where I mailed them the form. If I could give no stars I would. At least be courteous enough to answer the phone when people call.
With all the negative reviews I thought this place was going to be a nightmare but that was not the case. If you do not get greeted by someone asking what you are in for then you go to a machine and answer the questions. Based on that info you placed in a queue to speak to someone. With that being said since I was only there for a name change due to marriage my wait time was under a half hour. That was including speaking to a person and doing what was needed to for my change. I like this style of number taking. It makes it much easier for you to get to the correct person to help you. Now this may not help those who have other reasons they are there but for me it was very helpful. The people were friendly and it was all pretty painless. Also if you don't have a need to take a purse with you then don't. They will search the entire bag and this will hold things up. Only have on you what you need.
My Mother and I were in here on 8/8/17. We had the worst help!!!!! We were helped by a lady by the name of Amy that was extremely RUDE!!!! She would NEVER look at us when talking to us, We would ask a question and would never give us an accurate response. I do not know if it is because we are Hispanic of she just does not like to help her own people. But she was by far the worst example of good service!!!!! If she does not like to work with people she is in the wrong work place!.......If I could give her the rating instead I would. I think she needs to be trained again!
Will you please not only help my mother but me and my cats too? Please? It is not fare that she is still able to take my mail without me even knowing and her still be the one to waste stuff/intentionally be mean and break things, give the dog candy and unhealthy human food, et cetera and pay the bills so that way it gets to be considered her house rather than my home.... none of this is how my grandmother or jack would have wanted us to live like.... Will anyone please help...?
