Difficult to find site. Difficult to find information once site is located. This has not been an unual experience dealing with OK government offices.
Their birth and death certificate office should close the same time the buiding cloeses I came from Missouri to retrieve my Birth Certificate and was 10 mins late of them closing .... normal offices specially state ran offices close at 5pm. Incompatence , begat stupididy for Oklahoma and their ignorant path of brillence to make cities who birth children take care of the certificates. Not just two Cities .... waisted gas and trip . Get it together THD .....
This place is a waste of time and they don't know what they are doing if I was u I would go to another location
Horrible wait. Have to wait over 3 hours just to get Tdap and TB skin test. Don't waste your time here!. There are other health department places to go. Never come back here again.
