This was the worst experience we've ever had with a roofing company. First thing, one of the roofers brakes went out they said, and they hit our sea doo and destroyed the kids basketball goal. They never told anybody they hit the sea doo and knocked it into a tree chipped a corner and bent the trailer. They just put it back like nothing happened. We found out that night when we saw the tire marks and basketball goal laying down. Then when we had our first rain storm the roof leaked!!! Mind you we never had any leaks before, we had some hail damage that our insurance covered a new roof as preventative measure. We will never use them or recommend them.
The WORST!! We payed $9,000 for a new roof and 3 broken rafters to be replaced. when the work was completed, the roof was sagging on one side, they used the wrong flashing, and broke some of my property by throwing junk off the roof into my garden. They came out to replace the flashing and afterwards me and my father got up in the attic and realized they didn't replace one of the broken rafters. When we asked them why they didn't fix it and if they where going to come back out, they said "well, we saved you a bunch of money". We were finally able to get them back out to fix the rafter and we thought everything was good. Until the payments came out and they took over twice the amount out of my account that we had agreed upon. We called them to make them aware that they had double charged us for the month and they said it was a misunderstanding, but by this point we are pretty sick of dealing with these people. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
A-best promptly covered pat of my roof to keep further damage from occurring by additional rainfall after a severe wind storm. The shingles had to be ordered but the work was finished in a timely manner. Thanks A-best.
After almost being ran off the road by one of there employees, I contacted the company and they immediately took action to make sure that the issue was resolved. I received a formal apology Thank You! This company is passionate about safety I will recommend as well as use there service in the future.
