Had set up numerous appointments on roof repair and gutter replacement. Every scheduled visit was a no-show and no follow up with us from Jerry. Phones calls made to reschedule and are not returned. We are advising BBB as well.
Pricing was the most competitive. One month after install, it still seems to be doing good holding back rain and ice. Franco Jr's install crew was quick and he was able to answer any question I had. *Make sure you you check the shingle color in their showroom before deciding, the Owens Corning website doesn't do a good job showing the actual colors.
