They said they would be out in the next couple of days to make the repair. They never showed and never called. We finally called them to find out what was going on before it rained again. They said they were very busy and they would get to us soon. We waited around day after day with no one showing up. The lady in the offices named Peggy was very rude to us. We explained how no one ever called us to say they weren't coming when they said they would. She explained the roofers speak no English. "Don't you know all roofers are Mexican?" After she almost told me to go elsewhere if I didn't like it we canceled all services with this company.
