The store is great with many quality products but the owners the wife the son and the father, are really unfriendly unless your one of their rich friends, they cannot keep help as they are open from 9am till 6pm Monday to Saturday, they give a small lunch from their Deli but you eat while working there is only one small rest room for the workers also it's for the public so you have to watch when it's not used or piss in your pants.
I have traded at Sports World for many years; from London Square to 41st. I believe they have the best selection in Tulsa; at fair prices. Several employees greet me by name. Most guns I bought were flawless; some were not. In every case they resolved the problem to my satisfaction. I do not know their gunsmith/gunsmiths; but they have been helpful on the few items I have had done. Family run; local business; in my area; nice people.
Went in looking for a long range rifle scope- they were very helpful, there was a young guy who showed me probably 10 scopes out of a very extensive on-the shelf inventory, and didn't try at all to upsell me out of the budget I had. I ended up very happy with my choice, and will definitely be back for all my higher-end needs. Considering the non big-box nature of the store, along with the amount of physical inventory they had, I thought the prices were very good, and certainly worth a little premium given the level of service I received.
They have a lot of firearms and many other items and their prices are fairly good, but don't expect anything wonderful and don't expect any of the family to be very helpful all they want is to sell you something quickly.
Great place to shop, I've left my money there many times. Always a good experience, very helpful and friendly. Many items you won't see in most shops.
The best gun/outdoors store, hands down! I make the drive from OKC to visit the store. They have great prices, and a great selection. They are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Good people!
Again store has a lot of stuff but your on your own, so careful their return policy is store credit only, so check everything really good first.
They had a really hard working older guy in their knife Dept. last Christmas but he left he really tried helping customers.
