Doctors and staff are very knowledgeable and professional. They provide excellent care and everyone is friendly. They are always concerned for and show great affection toward my two dogs. IMHO Dr. Carley is the best Vet in Tulsa. I would not take my dogs anywhere else but Hunter's Glen even though other Vet clinics are closer to my home.
Got a text that said happy birthday to my dog. Even had my dog's full name. Well, I haven't brought her in to Hunter's Glen in about 11 years. If I had a vet hospital, I'd probably make sure the dog is healthy before sending happy birthday texts out of the blue. You know, 11 years is a long time. She gone
Took really good care of my pug, would recommend them for anyone. Very knowledgeable and cared for our little guy. Even checked in a bunch the next day to see how he was doing.
The customer service is sub par. They do not take individual situations into consideration when setting policy on how to treat pets. Every animal is treated equally poor. Best just to find another vet to see.
