I feel excited when I visit Bed Bath & Beyond. I love finding new products that will work well with our daily lives. There's a large & sometimes unusual selection of items. I love that!
They are expensive on a lot of stuff. Higher then other stores but cheaper on a few things and have a lot of variety and different things you can't get at other stores. Also a lot more then just bed and bath items. If not so high or marked up would be a five star store.
Terrific experience with customer service and then floor staff very helpful in finding items and ordering what they were sold out of.

Awesome customer service! There was a misprint on a personalized item that I needed a refund for and everyone that helped us were super nice and apologetic. There are typically no returns on customized items so it was a lengthy process. They even gave me an extra coupon for my next purchase. I will definitely keep shopping here!
