Nice store, would give 5 stars if escalators weren't a safety hazard. The rails slide and can be pulled down, meaning that if a person were to fall on the escalator and grab the rail to try to get back up, it would just slide down. Fix this and i'll give 5 stars.
Won't return item with Tag detached. I have been shopping at Macy's for 10 years and never had any issue until last month when I tried to return a shirt after a week of purchase, never worn. According to the cashier, if the price tag is detached, even if you have the tag with you and shirt's manufacturer's tag and stickers were still on the shirt , item is not eligible for return. After arguing for some time, she took it back and was very rood. I would hate to see Macy's go down like JC Penny because of these stupid policies. I have decided not to shop there again. I already close my Macy's card as well.

It was amazing, I went with a friend looking for new purses. The lady went out of her way to find 3 really good purses on sale for 40-60 % off and wallets. We both got purses that we love at a great price.
Clean store with wide aisles and plenty of good sales. Friendly associates ready to help when you need them. A good shopping experience all around.
