In the home department, cashier Judy was very passive aggressive and a little rude. The other girl was really nice. I'll probably get my items sent to a different one next time
Tired of waiting in line for 45 minutes every single time.
Went in there to buy an item and the price was not marked. Took it to a cashier who scanned in the price and then said it would not scan properly. Then she said it was $24. After that she said it was $13.99. After that she said it was $19.99. She admitted she was confused. I asked her again what the price was and she went through the whole series of prices again. Would not honor coupon received in the mail. Don't be surprised if JCPenney files bankruptcy, since it is a penny stock at the present time. Avoid this store, and if all other JCPenney stores are like it, avoid them all. Waste of time.
I was there in last week with my family. There was a cashier Tamina in kid's department. She is the most nice person with beautiful behavior I've ever seen in jcpenney . We had problem about finding clothes for my nephew and she helped us nicely with her pretty smile. I liked the way she welcomed us by saying hello my dear sunshine customers, did you guys find everything good, if not then we're here to do any help, you guys are our guests and we are always here for you guys. Also the way she told us bye . She was moving her hand like dancing style and saying that we will miss our guests, hope we will see you guys soon, you guys have a wonderful day. I liked most the style of her talking with my nephew . It was like hey my little handsome hunny bunny I wanna shake my hand with you, will you please do that, also she was doing funny eye contact with my little nephew and my angry nephew was laughing a lot. This story made our whole family amazed how she was able to make him laugh, my nephew is always angry but after coming to home he said that he wanna do hand shake with the girl again and he wanna talk to her again, she was so nice . Although we don't do shop from jcpenney regularly but my friends do. Today my two friends from university was saying that they've met with the pretty girl today in jcpenney and she is too beautiful and her smile and talking style is too adorable. She helped them a lot about using the coupons and also they was talking about the way she welcomed them. They was also talking about her dress up and makeup. Seriously the girl thamina is more than nice. She makes me feel that she wasn't a cashier there, she makes my whole family to feel that she was a part of our family, her behavior was too beautiful like her face. Now seriously I love woodland hills mall for her. She makes my family and friends to feel that some people are not only cashier in shopping mall, they are more than family person with their adorable and pretty smile with absolutely beautiful behavior. My mom was saying that she is the most nice person in jcpenney . We will go back and definitely find her again and again. Whatever we buy doesn't matter but we will go to her department and pay for whatever we buy. We wanna see her smiling face again and again. We wanna feel the ways she said hi and bye. The only thing we didn't like there was too hot in jcpenney but otherwise she made us to feel great with her smiling face.
