I placed this order couple of weeks back on a promotion of buy one get one free. I received one item of that order and never received the other. So I called the customer service today. To start with the customer care representative was the rudest ever I had talk to anytime. Forget about greeting or talking politely, she did not even mention whom I was talking to. So I have no name. She asked me for order number and was typing something on her keyboard for next 5 minutes without even asking me to hold longer. Zero courtesy. Finally she locates the order and tells me that there is only one item on the order. I asked her to check again and then she tell me that there was another order from me which did not go through even though I received the confirmation after my order. I told her that and also explained her that I never placed any second order. How much sense does it make to order only one item when it is buy one get one free? so off course your system messed up but instead of acknowledging or apologizing she asked me what I want to do moving forward. I told her that all I need is my original order and not something which I did not order. At that point she said she will transfer me to another customer care rep. I asked why since I already wasted so much of my energy to reach at this point and she said ok and the next minute she said she is having a technical difficulty, pressed some button to put me on hold. After 15 minutes of hold, the call got disconnected.
So far I have purchased from the stores and always had good experience with you but this is the first time I bought something online and felt the customer service can not be worst that what I got from you.
I went into Saks in Tulsa, OK on May 27, 2017 around 12:30pm. The older lady, that will remain nameless, who worked in the shoe department that day was not helpful in the LEAST bit. I wanted to try on & buy a pair of shoes. She never ONCE offered to get a pair for me to try on. Never once offered to look and see if they had them in stock. Nothing. She watched me pick up shoes and look around. I had to ask her about the shoes and she proceeded to tell me how 2 customers brought back a pair of shoes like the ones I wanted to buy. They had purchased online and returned them to that store because they were too big. She went on & on about those 2 customers that brought back the shoes. It was as if she didn't want me to purchase the shoes or be bothered with helping me. I was completely turned off from purchasing anything again from this store. I went online to the shoe's Brand website & purchased direct. You lost my business Saks!!!!
I really never thought one of my favorite brand will have this type of customer service. Overall .. Disappointed, angry, and trying not to type any bad words for her...
They made comments about how "poor" we were and gave dirty looks like we shouldn't be shopping in there.
If you go, look like Barbie and you'll get good service.
The place is nice and the workers are helpful and noce.
The staff is amazing!
