I don't know if these guys get a fair shake. They have an incredibly high volume and always help myself or my girlfriend out when we go there. Sometimes we have to come back to get things sorted out but they always give us the benefit of the doubt, and the store manager is incredibly gracious. People are always in a foul mood when it comes to their broke phones and computers and the staff is generally courteous.
Purchased a phone here two weeks ago and now everyone is unable to hear me. This is the third Apple phone that I've had do this. These products should last and I'm extremely disappointed and irritated. I tried to see a technician and this store is severely understaffed. I need to wait 5 days just to be seen. I use my phone for my business communications and I'm unable to communicate with my clients. I'm extremely disappointed with how this experience turned out. If this is the only store within the region management seriously needs to consider staffing more members.
Was told to drop off laptop at Apple store to be sent back to be repaired. Even though laptop was in the shop 2 weeks prior, I had to wait an hour, just to drop it off. Saying "the computer won't let me" does not dismiss common sense. I have approved the work, you have my information, you do not need me to sit here for an hour to put something in the mail.
I will be purchasing Google Phones and Laptops from now on.
If you follow their system of setting an appointment online, the genius customer service experience is great. I️ have worked with multiple apple geniuses, and they all have been awesome. Just set the appointment online before walking in! Mike Nelms rocks, btw.

Apple company needs to have some good educated people working at the Apple store. If you go there just know that you have to be very carefull..there employment is so rude even though managers. And they ripp off Old people because they have no information and these workers make money out of them just to get promotion..
