She asked where the kitchen was, nosed around the house, made snide comments about my Halloween decorations, asked if the house was always messy, and made insinuating comments about my house plants.
The day I was renting the couch, she said "this looks like something a black person would have." That struck me as odd, and now I can see she has zero level of professionalism.
I am very sad to report that a employee, by the name of Kristen, at this particular store, came into my house and blatantly insulted me.
This isn't good for them as their head manager was very professional, and I will be reporting this to their corporate office.
