John was the tech that helped me during my visit. He was very professional and the upmost helpful. He did the unthinkable and was able to extract my hard drive info from my crashed Surface Pro. I'm so greatful for all his hard work and dedication to help with my tech issues. Although I wish Microsoft would build the Surface Pro a little more durable. Mine dropped from about 16" and cracked the corner of the screen. It never powered on again after that. It's now a $1200 paperweight. For the money that they cost you think they could build them a little more durable. But great customer service all the way around.
I recently had a bad experience with a return, but Rachel the store Manager stepped up and made it right. She understands what it means to take care of your customers and I have changed my overall rating for this store. The people that sold me the laptop were real nice and personable and they honored my return to make sure I left as a satisfied customer that is willing to return and purchase again. My hats off to Rachel for taking care of the customer.
Great experience. Had a few hiccups but they went out of there way to make things right!! Will defiantly go back for all my Xbox and Microsoft needs.
Set appointment, needed help with a technical question. First thing I was told by a person named Price we have 10 minutes then we charge a $49.00 service charge or something to that effect. During the only 5 minutes I was there, I was told 4 times during explaining the issue that we offer a $149.00 something package that covers this and that for a year. Never really got to bottom of my technical issue was more worried about the sell of the service and not my issue which I never found out.... from them anyway. Keep up the good work, you will be another empty spot in the mall.
They offer water, TAKE IT! The visuals are amazing. They have a 3D printing machine and you can take whatever it producers (be reasonable though and not a jack-A) . The set up is great. The people are great and highly motivated. I totally think Microsoft might finally be starting to have more wow factor that Apple.
