Employees were able to verify my purchase and the promotion but I was forced to call corporate to get any help. Recommend trying a store where they're more willing to help without you driving back and forth.

I went in to purchase a corded mouse, was immediately greeted, asked what I was looking door, directed to the exact location, found my want/need/desire in a minute or two, purchased and was out the door in under 5 minutes.

The staff, which I think goes for majority of Best Buy locations seem to be over the top when it comes to asking if you need help. Feel like I walked into a car dealership.

The con artist that sold my wife and I phones placed us on 2 different distinct unlimited at&t plans instead of one. Costing me 300$ extra this month reimbursed as a "credit " by at&t themselves. All I ask is that you hire people that care instead of one of the most disinterested persons I have ever seen in sales. I am thoroughly disappointed. There is a better location at 71st and 169 for anyone reading. Please go to that one.

I went in attempting to use reward points for a purchase I made as an Elite Plus Member of 7 years and the GM felt the need to keep repeating "maybe" and "if" when saying he "might" help me.

Overhead music - too damn loud!

Aside from that, sometimes can find a deal or two and sometimes it can be more convenient to go to a retail store, but majority of the time it seems I can do just as good or better online and not waste the gas / time. They do price match and for some the retail experience may be preferred.

The store is well staffed, stocked, and certainly has an eager employee that will try to help you.

We were tired from looking at all the different phone plans this past week from the different carriers. Best Buy has the plans posted on 3 big screens when you walk in the store. The staff at Tulsa Hills (Shayne especially) were awesome. They sat down and explained all our options for each carrier. They did not try to pressure us into any particular plan. After buying the 3 iphonesx Shayne did a great job in up selling us on what we would need for the phones moving forward. Thanks BB for having knowledgeable sales people. Please give Shayne a raise... or the week off. He did a great job putting up with us.
