I was working with Buddy Estrada for weeks to get insurance for our small business. I kept having to remind him to keep me updated and then it turned into months and I even contacted him again. No response. He seemed interested in helping me at first but apparently has "better" things to do. My guess is they don't have interest in working with small businesses. I noticed their web site is not working properly and looks pretty bad. I guess they aren't interested in getting things done right, so maybe it's good they didn't help me in the first place.
