Second time we have stayed here for our anniversary. It had been two years since we stayed and Michelle at the desk remembered us. Love that! Beautiful luxury King rooms, hot water aplenty, and super comfy beds. We purchased the late checkout breakfast package and ordered our eggs benedict & house potatoes with mimosas as room service which was wonderful! Definitely nice to relax on a Saturday morning and not have to rush out the door early. We may not be able to come often but we will definitely be back someday!

The room service was very organized and timely. Delicious soup, nice selection of salads, yummy desserts, and scrumptious breakfasts.
(The only downfall to this hotel is a little bit more highway noise at night than I'd like, but everything else more than makes up for it.)
It's 12:45 AM and we're killing time writing this review while we listen to the high-pitch shriek of the Chem Dry carpet cleaning van below our window cleaning the hotel restaurant floors. They comforted us by assuring us it would only be an HOUR and offered to move us to a new room, in the middle of the night, or provide ear plugs. I'm glad they decided to inconvenience their guests instead of interrupting happy hour one night to get the work done. Who knows what's on tap tomorrow night...fire alarm testing? Renovations? I can't wait! Very nice room though.
Went to the Thanksgiving buffet. Pricey but worth it! Staff was friendly and the food was great. Would do it again if my sister ever burns the turkey beyond recognition again.
From the time we arrived until we checked out, we were well taken care of. We were upgraded, at no extra charge, to their beautifully decorated and spacious King Suite. The shower is huge!
Located near the Bradley Art (?) District, it is well situated and a shuttle is provided to that area. The area contains shopping, museums, and restaurants.
