Place is clean and comfortable.
When we arrived at 2 am, the 1st room had a terrible noise coming from the a.c. unit. We were moved to a different room. The heater in the 2nd room hadn't been turned on, so it didn't work properly. After lots of pressing and tinkering, the heater turned on, but didn't stay on. We woke up the next morning and it was freezing in our room. So we changed rooms again. The 3rd room was the best by far, but we didn't have a remote for the tv. The guy up front said there was nothing he could do. The next morning a different guy was able to get us a remote. We tried cooking microwave popcorn, but it never cooked. It didn't get hot enough for the bag to expand, but it all burned. We were supposed to stay another night, but decided to check out one day early.
Great staff. Efficient and responsive to guests' needs. Courteous and friendly. Knowledgeable about area and able to provide list of area establishments and accurate directions. Will definitely stay here again during the Renegade Review next year!!

I would accept nothing less than a total refund, from this location. This property was not at all what should be expected. TV remote didn't work. Room phone did not work. No fans in the bathroom. Very annoying neighbors, next door that keep us awake until 3:00 AM. Room was hot and then cold. I honestly, don't think the thermostat was working. Loud Air Conditioner when it was running. Will not stay here again. No hot water. We took showers in Luke-warm water and cleaned up, in the morning, in the same Luke-warm water. Manager tried to fix some of the problems, but fell short of taking care of the noise. Think he had gone home and the help didn't care. We did not eat the breakfast, in the morning, as it looked truly gross. Some of the people were complaining about the cheep food, or lack there of. This place was truly not worth the price we paid.
Staff is very helpful, professional and prompt in addressing questions.
