The price should be cheaper for the quality of room and service we received. Dirty room, towel rack fell off the wall and no one fixed it, just let it lie. Had to wait for towels, and only got clean towels every few days. Linens never changed the whole 10 days I was there.
I’d also like to point out that there was a door straight to my room but because it doesn’t always work, the front desk employee didn’t tell me about it. He insisted that there was no other way to my room.
This place should be condemned! It smells, it’s dirty, and it has COCKROACHES and god knows what else!!!
Staff is very rude, my partner had checked in under his name but was purchased on my Priceline account due to my ID being lost, I assumed since I was there when we checked in my name was listed on the room. I went down to renew the room for another night since he had to work an extra day, and the lady that morning would not let me pay to renew the room because I did not have his ID
