Mostly quiet, even for being by the highway. Room was decent, and clean, you could just certainly tell it's been well used. Also for the price they should really include breakfast. Hot tub was out of order. Pop machine didn't work in the area we were in, had to walk to opposite side to find one. But all in all decent considering the size of the suite.
Just a place to lay your head. Desk services very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is really good. Maintenance slow and not much help.
I do not complain very often but do not come to this hotel. Employees are rude. This room is FILTHY. Seriously do not come here.
I'll try and update this after we leave. Staying a few days just to get away. Price is fair, room doesn't seem too bad.
I have never stayed at this location but I will tell you now based on the way the receptionist handled my call (June 21, 2017, 10:05am CT) I will NEVER stay at this hotel chain or recommend it to anyone. I was comparing rates for overnight parking through a program called Global Airport Parking for an upcoming trip but based on reviews of these kinds of programs where they have arrangements with hotels/motels near the airport to provide parking at a discounted rate, I understood that the program has issues with the participating hotel/motel employees not always knowing they have the arrangements with this program so I decided to call this location which was on the list of providers and the person who picked up the phone simply said, "We are not a parking lot," and hung up on me. I tried to call back to clarify because I wanted to confirm whether or not this was a verified program with them and she would not pick up the phone. I tried a couple more times and still no pick up. So, if this is how the receptionist handles phone calls, I can't imagine what it would be like to actually stay here.
