It worked for what we needed, which was a place to crash and a shuttle to the airport. The people were all really nice, but I wish I'd been more astute in paying attention to the fees tho. They charge 6 bucks a day to park your car there if you're going out of town. However, the place is in DESPERATE need of a remodel. Unless things change significantly, I probably won't select it as the place we stay before a trip out again.
Came in very late and could not use stairs because of back injury so Navin was very accommodating with a downstairs room. The TV didn't work so they replaced with one that did. I highly highly recommend this place. The staff is so phenomenal. You will have a wonderful stay.
My husband, 2 year old and I had an amazing stay. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was amazing. Our room was bigger than we thought, as the bed was so comfortable. It was very quiet and my son had a blast walking down the hallway to the vending machines. Would definitely come back!
Checked in with a friend, also paid for a 3rd guest, my brother. Told the desk clerk that I was flying out early, basic conversation. In the morning, my brother took me to the airport and when he returned the key wouldn't work. He went to the desk and he wasn't allowed back in the room where my friend still was. SAME DESK CLERK who knew all of my plans. She even called me as I boarded the airplane and kicked my brother and friend out of my paid room. I understand policies, but she knew everything. Absolutely ridiculous. Glad there are better options with intelligent staff around.
Great rooms, Great staff. Great accommodations with a full breakfast bar.
