Right after I checked in I went to the elevator to go to my room. The elevator door closed on me as I entered, but rather than just re-opening it nearly knocked me to the ground (and I am a large man). When I reported it to the front desk, they responded by giving me an extra bottle of water. The hotel is nice. Nothing out of the ordinary for Hilton properties.
While waiting to move into our new house my family and I have been staying here. (Going on two weeks) Customer service has been a joke. One morning I had to call down to the front desk 3 times and ask for towels and finally got them 2 hours later. In addition, I had an issue with housekeeping putting the DND sign on my door and not cleaning my room and when I spoke with head of housekeeping she started yelling at me and told me I was lying and proceeded to hang up on me. I immediately called down to the font desk to complain and they told me that the manager would be in on Monday and would call me and address the situation. Nobody ever called to address the issue and I'm sure the situation was pushed under the rug. This hotel is a one night maybe two night stay hotel and I wouldn't even recommend that. Costumer service is a 2 star and for a Hilton honors member I'm shocked at how poor the customer service is at this location. I would not recommend this location for an extended stay. Plus the rooms need upgrading and the continental breakfast is awful.
Our sheets were dirty when we got into our room, we had to switch to a different room. Only one elevator worked, and the other sounded like it was about to fall every time you got in. The pool was way too cold to get in, even though it was inside. However, Google is only letting me give things 5 stars. Trust me, I would give this less Stars if I could.
Exquisite facilities backed by the most courteous staff and had the most awesome breakfast each morning which alternated its menu which I found really nice to have a new set of options each day was a pleasant suprise I Will Book There Again Most Definately
Hideaway Pizza and Chick Fil A were within walking distance of this hotel. Friendly service and a nice building helped make for a great stay.
