The hotel staff only had one pleasant employee the entire time I was there (5 Days)
Great Hotel, very nice and friendly staff, Breakfast was great, room was very clean and smelled great, overall very positive experience, we will for sure go back and stay again, the Manager was also very nice and friendly. Very good job Holiday Inn.

Refrigerator, microwave oven, in the room, very comfortable bed, we enjoyed hot tub and kid loved swimming pool.
Never have I been more humiliated in my life! I’ve stayed at this hotel on numerous occasion, but today, on 10/18/17 at 9:25pm, is the very first time I’ve EVER been discriminated against at any hotel chain!! Made a reservation over the phone with the very same person, and upon arriving there and having all the necessary documents to get the room, the lady at the front desk cancelled my reservation and denied me my RESERVED ROOM to my face, and she gave no other reason except for the color of my skin! I believe her exact words were “We don’t accommodate YOU PEOPLE” after driving from Flagstaff, AZ I didn’t have the energy to put up a fight so I gathered my belongings and left but I WILL NEVER stay at this hotel again, and I WILL look into bringing forth discrimination charges on this establishment, WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!
Perfect location for a stay. Costco and many restaurants nearby, as well as the movie theater. The gym has treadmills but is a bit cramped.

I have never been treated as poorly by a hotel as I was by this one! I travel for work and rarely have time to make it home to deposit money. I clearly stated that I would be paying in cash when I booked. They said there would be a $50 cash deposit which is acceptable. Upon arrival I was told that I couldn’t have the room unless I gave a $250 deposit (unacceptable) I was there for an hour trying to check in.. finally I just gave up and paid $150 deposit.
