Older hotel that needs an overhaul again. Chipped paint, dirty and scuffed bath tub and toilet seat. Heavy smell of air freshener everywhere , which makes me wonder what smell they are trying to hide. Good location however.
Stayed two nights. Been going there for years for out of town football games. No complaints.
Our stay was enjoyable. The kids loved being able to swim until 11pm, as we checked in late. The rooms are clean and fresh. The rooms were very quiet! The bathrooms are kept in good condition. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast has a wonderful new gal that did a great job of keeping the food stocked and asking us if we needed anything at all. The location is great! Conveniently located by the mall. Pleasant experience overall. Will be staying here again.
We checked in April 13.... the prepaid card I used wouldn't go through....said it was declined.. the lady said it wouldn't accept cause my name wasn't on it....I offered to pay cash....she said we don't accept cash.... luckily my son had his debit card....she wasn't going out of her way to help.....the pool was cold....told them about it... she checked & said it feels fine to me.....she was on her cellphone several times.. I have stayed here several times. This was the first bad experience....thanks
Very nice beds, clean, nice service and needs bigger pool, and explanation on why it says there is a spa but there isn't one there
