Everyone was great. Jennifer in the restaurant at breakfast was so friendly and helpful. I will recommend the hotel and their staff. Best experience I have had in a long time.
Odd bed height.... No free breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. It is a popular place. All in all I'd stay here again.
Two females saying in unfamiliar town and hotel alone. felt very safe and secure. well lit parking lot, entrance and hallways. beds and pillows not as comfortable as we are used to, but, again, for the price, not bad. staff was super helpful and professional. check in and check out was a breeze. headboards needed to be cleaned, otherwise the room was clean. will stay again.
Service wasn't terrible, but somewhat disappointing. Contrary to the advertisement, the pool is standard chlorine, not salt water. Also, the breakfast is not included and is quite expensive. Other than those items, our stay was fairly satisfactory. The rooms were clean and staff was helpful enough.
Check on the 11/11 and check out 11/12. My $25.00 deposit posted 11/13 and HOLIDAY INN SAYS THEY DIDNT CHARGE MY CARD AND I SHOULD DEAL WITH THE BANK. GUY AT FRONT DESK AT NIGHT TRIES TELLING ME THE BANK HAS MY MONEY TIED UP SO THEY CAN USE IT FOR LOANS! Uh noooo dude it posted it’s not pending. Ur a front desk agent. Not a banker. Then the so called manager KIM took 2 days to return my phone call. Then also proceeds to tell me it’s the banks fault and not hers. And if I want have the bank call her. VERY RUDE! When I was there I saw three nice teachers also have issues with the service they received. Not happy guest!
